1. Are all your products genuine?

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorised UK distributors or trusted suppliers. We do not sell imitations or unverified imports. All items are handled and stored according to brand and safety standards to ensure full authenticity and quality.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within one to two working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within two to five working days from dispatch. International shipping times vary by destination, usually between seven and fourteen working days.

3. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products such as cosmetics, skincare, or supplements. Please contact r.amani.rahman@outlook.com before sending any returns.

4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review the matter promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery. This allows us to ensure fast, reliable shipping and full quality control for all orders.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to keep your information safe.
