Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Health and Harmony. We take great pride in offering carefully selected health, beauty, and wellness products, and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, which include cosmetics, skincare, supplements, and other personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and hygiene of all items sold.

If you would like to return an item that has not been opened, used, or tampered with, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at hello@healthandharmony.co before sending any returns. Unauthorised returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method within five to ten working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our returns policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or where there is evidence of use or damage not caused by transit.
