At Health and Harmony, we aim to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible while ensuring each parcel reaches you in perfect condition. This policy outlines how we handle the dispatch and delivery of orders placed through our online store.
All orders are processed within one to two working days once payment has been received and verified. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to keep delays to a minimum.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom are made via trusted courier and postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard delivery typically takes between two and five working days from the date of dispatch. Express and next-day delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on your location and order size. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Tracking updates are provided by the courier, and any questions regarding shipment status should first be directed to the relevant carrier. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, Health and Harmony cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries. Should a parcel be returned to us due to an addressing error or failed delivery attempt, we can arrange redelivery once the item has been received back at our warehouse, subject to an additional postage fee.
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter with the courier. Claims for missing parcels must be submitted within twenty-one days of the expected delivery date.
All risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival and notify us within seven days if any item is damaged or incorrect. We will review the matter and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
